Thank you for your feedback. We are sure it was a difficult time when three distinct cultures were brought together four years ago. Much has changed and will continue to change, including a new set of values we are living by. These values and the decisions to exit leaders and employees who don’t live them is transforming the organization. We have focused on training leaders through our new Whisper courses as well as new manager courses, which focus extensively on transforming their relationships with employees. All employees should feel valued and we stress to all people leaders the importance in making personal connections with each member of their teams. Leaders are expected to conduct 1:1, team, and career path meetings with all employees. These are all great places to provide feedback.
