Pros
The R&D environment is very fun and friendly, and like big family. There is a great culture with in Greenway across all departments. The senior management has a great vision for the company, and will push hard to achieve all goals. Greenway is becoming a leading EHR provider in the industry and will be a big name soon enough.
Cons
If you are in development, prepare to work hard and forget about having a life during the week if the team is preparing for a build release. The trouble is, if you are good at what you do you are rewarded with more work, which is a double edge sword. 60-80hour weeks become the norm, and there isn't any extra compensation - except for job security. Unfortunately, climbing the ladder at Greenway is very difficult.
