Where to begin? Understand that after this merger, this company is Vitera Health with a new name. Very few new hires outside of RCM have been made since the massive layoff in January. Thousands of applicants and almost no hires. Speculation is that most of the merger will be complete and there will be no need for a lot of Carrollton based employees (the ones that are left) after July. Potential employee prospects are psychologically and cognitively tested for employment before even being interviewed. Very very few make it past this point, even subject matter experts in their fields "fail" these tests.. Metrics is the guiding force behind everything that's done at Vitera. Dont fall for the "consumer driven healthcare" talk. It may have been the focus under the old Greenway, but its all about profit now.
