Pay is average compared to other same positions. Employees are spread way too thin. Company continues to increase the amount they are outsourcing to India at the expense of loyal employees and customer satisfaction. Speaking particularly of greenway revenue services- they have continuously piled more and more work onto the employees. It got to the point that we were all basically doing a managers job x2 but they refused to change our titles, give us any kind of pay raises or helpful training. After years of outsourcing more and more to India, all the while promising us our jobs were safe, they decided to wake up and fire most of us all in one day. Some employees had been there for 5, 10, 20+ years. Loyal, hard working employees who rolled with the many punches and put up with greenway not appreciating us. Some with kids and being the only income source. Clients are suffering as well with the employee turnover rate being so high. A greenway employee will be thrown onto a new client, without proper training or any time to get the work done, then be fired before even handing over information to the next ones.
