-Shady unethical employee practices related to any type of EVEN AUTHORIZED medical leave such as FMLA ,short term disability,maternity etc. This company is known for authorizing your medical leave and then terminating you an hour before you go on leave. -Too many cliques..they love you, praise you and give you Visa gift cards as long as you like the same people,the moment that you question something you are no longer spoken to. I was in a terrible car accident, was required to have surgery. I had health insurance, short term disability and had been prior approved and authorized for my surgical leave of absence. I was called into the office less than an hour before my leave was to begin and was terminated. My belongings were packed into a box while I was in the office being terminated. I was escorted out of the building like a criminal...how humiliating, if it can happen to me it can happen to anyone.
