Pros

There were really very few. Some nice people worked there, but as far as I can tell, they moved on and with good reason.

Cons

This was one of the worst places I worked. I came in with rose-tinted glasses, and was led to believe it was going to be great. I came in when they were closing offices and literally replacing someone's job. That person had to train me to get their severance package. Upper leadership has NEVER cared about the human aspect of this business. Benefits were terrible. Unlimited PTO was a myth, and I was denied time off for a genuinely important event. Pay was a farce. I was literally told I was going to be laid off because I was the highest paid on my team, and I was barely making it.

Pros

Decent benefits, including unlimited PTO. Many of the individual contributors and lower-level team members are great to work with and genuinely care about doing good work.

Cons

Leadership is a major weakness. There is very limited career growth, compensation appears to be well below national and local market averages for similar technical roles, and bonus or compensation growth has been minimal. Strong work is often praised verbally but not meaningfully reflected in pay, advancement, or opportunity.
