Pros

Paychecks are always auto-deposited on time. Climate control in the Tampa office works fine. Pay is average-ok. I'm really struggling to come up with much else.

Cons

Benefits are a absolute dumpster fire -- you're almost better off declining health coverage and buying your own policy on Obamacare. Managers are watching out only for themselves and not their employees, zero meaningful support from leadership at any level. Everyone is running on a knife edge all the time. The executive leadership ping-pong from one crisis to the next, one priority to the next, without ever understanding why things are going so badly (remember Polaris anyone?). Customers are fleeing the sinking ship like so many rats bent on self-preservation. Critical functions like support and IT are being offshored to Bangalore, India to try and slow the EBITDA bleed which just accelerates customer loss. Constant outages of mission-critical systems (GCS/GSC/GPP) keep customer anger high and justified. If customer attrition keeps up at current levels, this company only has a few years left. Talent/HR exist mostly to serve the function of grim reaper as Greenway goes through rounds of layoffs although they also seem to find the time to post inane happy-babble responses to Glassdoor reviews. I'll be expecting something like "We're so exited that you appreciate our climate controlled offices! Love and kisses, HR" under this review at some point although my calling it out may shame them into silence, maybe.

Pros

Decent benefits, including unlimited PTO. Many of the individual contributors and lower-level team members are great to work with and genuinely care about doing good work.

Cons

Leadership is a major weakness. There is very limited career growth, compensation appears to be well below national and local market averages for similar technical roles, and bonus or compensation growth has been minimal. Strong work is often praised verbally but not meaningfully reflected in pay, advancement, or opportunity.
