We hire HPELs, which are High Potential/ENTRY LEVEL. This means that we are looking for individuals who may not have been in the specific role previously in their career, but possess the natural skill and hard wiring necessary to tackle the task and grow along with our company. We recognize that talent comes from all walks of life, and we feel that industry's barriers to entry are no excuse to keep the right person from the job.
