      There are no pros. Mgmt does not support staff.

      Cons

      There is no family work life balance, no management support, HR is very unethical with her personal relationship with Supervisor which results in favoritism and job security for him.

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
