      Pay and benefits are okay

      Cons

      Corporate HR runs management at plant which has brought on negative results. She is also involved in an inappropriate relationship with a supervisor there. It has created an unprofessional environment amongst managers and employees. Can’t go to anyone without the fear of losing your job. Terrible place to work!

      Pros

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
