A somewhat fake concern for safety permeated every discussion with management, the concern was less about us, more about the potential ways the company could suffer were an injury to take place. The benefits were decent, but didn't kick in until 90 days of employment, which simply won't work for most people. The temperature conditions were also horrendous. We live in 2023, there is no excuse for a warehouse that operates during the peak hours of the day in North Texas not to have an HVAC system.
