      Union Job. Comes with Union benefits. Pay is good. Not awesome just good.

      Rotating Shift work so if you don't like working nights may not be for you.

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
