Working at Greif has been an incredibly rewarding journey that has enriched both my personal and professional life. From the moment I joined the team, I was welcomed with open arms and given opportunities to grow and excel in my role. One of the things that truly sets Greif apart is its commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. As a proud LGBTQ+ member this is especially important to me. Every day, I am surrounded by colleagues who are not only passionate about what they do but also genuinely care about each other's success. Whether it's through our sustainable packaging solutions or our community outreach initiatives, Greif consistently demonstrates its commitment to making a difference.
Cons
While Greif does an excellent job of recognising employee contributions, there could be even more opportunities for acknowledging achievements and milestones, which would further boost morale and motivation. I am pleased to say this is a project currently underway to look at Milestones and Personal Life Moments.
