      Pros

      Good pay. Great leadership team. Excellent job security. Maintenance department is being updated into the 22nd century with cmms and automated parts ordering. Things are headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      Lockport location is old. No air-conditioning in production area. Machines are very close together which makes for difficult repairs and mold changes.

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
