Terrible management - Customer Support Specialist Greif Employee Review

Management was nonexistent. I worked in customer service and my customer service manager was in Texas. On my third day of being employed some company Big came in and told us they were going to close the plant. My manager promised me it wouldn’t happen, three months later, laid off. When I asked him about it before the inevitable, he ghosted me and did not speak to me. Terrible manager that probably still has a job even though he’s not good at it.
