Straight up not a good time - Production Planner / Business Unit Supervisor Grifols Employee Review

Overworked. Lazy coworkers. Constant verbal & sometimes physical abuse from donors, which management does nothing about - actually pays them out more money when they complain, and donors know it. Management doesn’t listen to any employee complains, and if they ever do, it’s not really listening - just pretending & then doing nothing about it. If you don’t have kids, don’t even think about taking this job.. they will make you work all the time because people with kids have any kind of excuse to only work during the day.
