If you work hard and stay connected to people, you will have a great time. It takes a lot of effort to focus on the good but it is there. Profit-sharing bonuses and Christmas parties are the highlight of the year. Sometimes there are fun team activities. Thankful for random perks we get like percent off product and a coffee truck.

You are never safe from layoffs and it is scary each time it happens. Friends are ushered out the door and it’s awful to see year after year. Overall lack of leadership feeling and a ton of people are remote so it’s pretty empty in the office.
