management plays favorites fires had the company once a year and fires people over grudges very poor communication gets mad when people come in early yet when people come in late everyday no one cares tells people they have to make up their breaks, even lunch doesn’t allow 15 minute mandatory break if you work 8 hours you don’t get the hour lunch break you’re supposed to get they only care about the money and not the workers
