      Pros

      I started and run Groove so I am biased…BUT it is a great place! The people at Groove are amazing! We have a lot of fun and are doing work for a purpose to impact lives…of our fellow team, the “least of these” and our customers. It’s about people and the items we sell enable us to focus on that objective.

      Growth is painful and we are growing!

      Tennessee-nice people. Community service opportunities.

      Cons

      Immature, inexperienced leadership. Spotty, hypocritical business ethics. Overtly religious company events that would make any HR professional cringe.
