Pros
Lots of freedom of schedule. The sales team in Marietta North are a great group of guys that are doing their best given a terrible situation.
Cons
Well to start in the interview process (3 rounds) they talk about how this job has the potential to be a 200k per year job. That is FAR from the truth. I worked there for roughly 4 months and you were lucky to get 3-4 leads a week. During the interivew I was told I would run 2-3 a day and have the option to work Saturdays to take even more. Once starting it was clear they were WAY overstaffed. They carry 25 reps and really only needed about 10-12. Office moral is beyond terrible and every single rep there with the exception of one or two is planning an exit strategy. You have weekly meetings where they point fingers and blame the sales staff for a lack of sales when they are not being given appointments. You will put thousands of miles of month on your personal vehicle to drive to a ton of leads that dont meet the minimum requirements to sell a job. There is zero prescreening done to filter out low quality or non relevant leads. To make things worse when I did sell jobs literally every single one had a problem with production. I would seek feedback fromt he GM if I did anything wrong and was told no production just screwed it up. The leadership team are basically just a bunch of corp cheerleaders that have no answers or plans on how to fix any of the issues. The company is growing way to fast in order to attempt to go public and needs to slow down and fix the severe issues that plauge each branch. Right now I would never reccomend this company.
