Pros

There aren't any. Seriously. Well maybe all the people they cajoled into putting in 5-Star reviews on the same two day period. They are great at fabricating results. They monitor Glassdoor closely. A crappy organization that spends lots of time manufacturing best places to work awards and getting their marketing and HR teams to write glowing reviews.

Cons

This is one of the most toxic work environments you can imagine. They burn and churn through people- even in the corporate office. Ask them in an interview how many people have led Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Training in the past three years. They have already missed sales and profit so much so far this year that it is highly doubtful they will hit bonus. Their competitors are priced half or even one-third of their prices. The sinking ship was built on a business model that is now under siege from mom and pop organizations and a network that also has private equity backing. Combine that with morale that is in the tank and what do you have? Yep, you've got it!

Pros

Great people at the ground level

Cons

Senior leadership at this company is greedy and cowardly. There isn’t a real mission here other than fattening the pockets of higher ups. Do you believe that COVID exists? This may not be the company for you. Employes still come to work when sick, which causes outbreaks of people getting the coronavirus from the offi ce. Do you have a life outside of work? Working from home is not an option and you will be questioned about it if you have to… despite the fact that people from other departments or managers get it freely . Leadership pushes outdated culture of “grind” culture and “extreme ownership”…. When in these values are actually used to point the finger to lower employees when a flawed business model doesn’t create record breaking results. Many things are secretive. Like covid outbreaks, the waves of resignations and the disgusting behind the scenes behavior of top tier executives. Lik e truly weird gross stuff) Idk about the positive reviews on here

Pros

Some of your colleagues are great but they are leaving in the masses.

Cons

The best way to describe this company is TOXIC! You will pour everything you have into your job and eventually will leave with only learning how not to let a company take advantage of you and your talent ever again. The amount of anxiety you will experience during your time at Groundworks will be enough to send you straight to therapy because the current amount of pot you smoke can’t even tone it down. Stay clear away from this place because it’s where careers go to die.
