Poor branch management - Service Techician Groundworks Employee Review

Great company overall but need to have a better understanding of the poor quality installs customers deal with more times than not. Production gets all the praise for getting jobs done fast but nobody goes behind for a quality control visit. This leaves customers with poorly executed installs that they have spent thousands of dollars on. Then when customers reach out to talk to the productoon manager, they cant get a call back abd are left in the dry.
