Incompetent Management - Service Technician Groundworks Employee Review

Hourly pay is disrespectfully low. I was told during my interview that this was a service job with a potential for commission sales, in reality it's a sales job under the guise of service. If you aren't making sales, they will penalize you with long, mandatory, in-person meetings in addition to normal workloads. We had to attend daily mandatory zoom meetings and were instructed not to clock in until the meetings finish. I would not recommend this company as a customer or employee.
