      Organization trying to improve communications across all departments and branches as well as focus on quality control. Created new department called cusotmer care.

      Cons

      Morale is low at times when we don't hit our numbers; lots of changes with management

      True ownership of your success, meritocracy belief system, best training from a company paired with pay, and great structure for growing skill set.

      Don’t have to generate your own leads.

      Cons

      They do not pay you properly. So many mistakes on payroll and they never can get it right. I am talking about tens of thousands of dollars in errors annually.
