Pros

Anyone besides management is awesome! Can't say anything else nice.

Cons

I would NEVER recommend ANYONE to work here. They are totally misleading to anyone who interviews. The office staff is completely run ragged, often walking out in tears because of unnecessary stress created and insane micromanaging. There is an ungodly amount of turn over in the field because they will only hire kids right out of high school because they refuse to pay for a qualified foreman. They throw new hires into the field or into positions they aren't ready for. The insurance is God awful and expensive. The office atmosphere is so tense. You have 3 managers in a TINY office with 3-4 office girls which is a recipe for disaster with these different management styles, attitudes, and personalities . Processes change every single day without warning. You will get screamed at every day by customers over the phone. Management NEVER takes responsibility but will preach about ownership. There is a total disconnect in communication. If you are a women be prepared to sit at your desk all day long in a VERY small space, don't even think about trying to communicate with a male even if your job requires it because it will be almost impossible. If you try to express concerns you will be accused of creating rumors. What you see is what you get there is ZERO room to grow at this company despite claims. I wasn't going to write a review but they posted a ridiculous video on FB about employment that is just full of lies and misleading as hell. I could write a book on all the things wrong with this place just run.. run in the opposite direction. You could train someone out of high school for the office staff positions but the office manager makes every process so ridiculously hard.. things that should be 2 steps take 12.

Pros

Don’t have to generate your own leads.

Cons

They do not pay you properly. So many mistakes on payroll and they never can get it right. I am talking about tens of thousands of dollars in errors annually.
