Pros
Twice a year gainshare was great. CEO is great and takes a personal interest in you. Easy to get behind his vision. Great place to work hard and get rewarded for it, if you know the right people in the company. Great company culture.
Cons
This is for corporate specifically. Management aside from CEO is mostly promoted from within, effort certainly plays its part, but brown-nosing also gets people promoted here. People get promoted to positions they are unqualified to lead or don't know how to lead, and it stays like that for months/years before anything is done. You can also have toxic/bad teammates that contribute very little but are still employed for a long time. I've also seen really hardworking employees get passed over for raises, or get fired because of bad managers. All directions point back to management. The vibe of the culture is almost cult-like. There is no open and honest communication, without repercussions. If you are reading this, ask yourself why such a big 1,500+ employee company has so few positive reviews and why of their 17 whopping reviews, at least 5 are negative.
