The only benefit is the high earning potential. Decent sales training.

Cons

Racially discriminatory and dishonest management. Only provides leads if they like you. Does not follow their own lead policy.

Pros

Don’t have to generate your own leads.

Cons

They do not pay you properly. So many mistakes on payroll and they never can get it right. I am talking about tens of thousands of dollars in errors annually.
