Nepotism runs rampant at groundworks. Titles can be whatever you'd like, if you know the right people. Bizwiz happens to be the software they can't get rid of but really want to. They've just invested too much into the homegrown CRM that's filled with more bugs than a roach infested motel 6. Upper Management uses you for their own gain and upward movement, promises this and that for your hard work, and then ultimately kicks you to the curb when you're deemed expendable. Scheming to fire people was a frequent past time for one particular upper management individual. This was left unchecked and cost a handful of people their jobs.
