      Pros

      -Entry level salaries are decent -Corporate office is close to a variety of restaurants for lunch -Decent "swag"

      Cons

      Although the benefits and salary is up to par with other companies, the culture is non-existent (although the training videos allude otherwise), nepotism runs rampant, and 'extreme ownership' is preached throughout by the executive team, yet none of them seem to practice what they preach.

      True ownership of your success, meritocracy belief system, best training from a company paired with pay, and great structure for growing skill set.

      Expected to work some Saturdays.

      Don’t have to generate your own leads.

      Cons

      They do not pay you properly. So many mistakes on payroll and they never can get it right. I am talking about tens of thousands of dollars in errors annually.
