Pros

The original company is kept intact during their buyouts, which helps to retain the culture that a person was hired with.

Cons

Groundworks manages with an 1980s mentality, the employee isn't important and doesn't need to be taken care of and turnover is acceptable.

Don’t have to generate your own leads.

Cons

They do not pay you properly. So many mistakes on payroll and they never can get it right. I am talking about tens of thousands of dollars in errors annually.
