You will learn a lot about how not to run a company.

Cons

Typical bad private equity. The corporate leadership does not care about people at all. I have never been a part of an organization that has such a problem. Never trust a company who has to run a propaganda campaign to try and make it look like their employees are happy.

Don’t have to generate your own leads.

Cons

They do not pay you properly. So many mistakes on payroll and they never can get it right. I am talking about tens of thousands of dollars in errors annually.
