Ask them in an interview how many people have led Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Training in the past three years. They have already missed sales and profit so much so far this year that it is highly doubtful they will hit bonus. Their competitors are priced half or even one-third of their prices. The sinking ship was built on a business model that is now under siege from mom and pop organizations and a network that also has private equity backing. Combine that with morale that is in the tank and what do you have? Yep, you've got it!
