They claim that one of their values is "embrace meritocracy" meanwhile several of the branch managers and regional managers are only in there because they knew the COO, not because they know anything about the construction industry. Micromanagement is rampant and you'll find that ignoring them and doing it your own way is almost always the best way to get the job done. The only resemblance that this company has to the military is the abuse, inefficiency, wasting your time with useless meetings, and crappy pay.
