Pros
Relaxed atmosphere. Intelligent, dedicated and friendly people to work with. The Dublin office is lovely with a great location. Nice outdoor area were you can work in the warm weather, games room, canteen etc. For such a large company, surprising amount of impact your daily job can have i.e. don't feel like a cog in the wheel. Good perks such as free lunch on Wednesdays and free food and drink each day, activities organised on regular basis.
Cons
Long work hours 9.00am to 6.00pm. Sometimes when working with teams across the globe, they don't respect the time difference or your work hours and they set up meetings outside of your work hours.
