Poor leadership and shady HR practices - Game Developer Grover Gaming Employee Review

I'm sorry you didn't have a great experience during your time here, and we understand that working at Grover Gaming isn't for everyone. Change is constant in our business, and we ask our team members to be incredibly nimble as we serve customers in an industry that changes daily. Related to your comments on poor leadership, we believe we have some excellent leaders in our organization and are continuing to invest into growing and becoming stronger leaders throughout the organization. Our mission states that we are committed to growth and progress. We all understand there is always opportunity to grow and get better. In regards to shady HR practices, we are sorry that someone relayed information about employees being demoted because they were sick, but someone’s health was never a factor used in organizational changes. Organizational changes are part of a growing business and sometimes include tough decisions we have to make. We are continuing to build our foundation and believe our changes strengthened our foundation. Again, we will continue to grow and progress from every decision we make.
