Thank you for providing us with this feedback! We did hire a full-time Trainer in December of 2017 who is working on developing a dynamite training program. We acknowledge that we have room for improvement in the category of training, and are continue to improve upon this. In the meantime while we continue to develop in-house training, please keep in contact with your manager as to what type of training you might be looking for, so we can work to ensure that you receive the appropriate resources for additional training (webinars, conferences, etc.).
