Pros
You get to work from home. Health insurance benefits are nice. Average PTO and sick days.
Cons
LOW pay for the amount of work that they expect of you. The micromanaging is unreal. They give you 2 weeks of "from the book" training followed by a nesting period where you're shown two things once then expected to remember them entirely. Then you're "set free" things come up that you didn't learn in training, daily. When seeking guidance you're told to look in the help section (which is out of date) and then again told once and expected to remember. It's stressful and chaotic. Oh and they want you to make calls to clients even if the client has expressed they only want contact when they need something. So you have to pick if you want to get yelled at by your clients or your managers. On call 7days a week 9am-9pm. Pass.
