The company is short sided which keeps the company from being great. Unfortunately the company doesn’t understand their customers with the exception of a few large accounts. There are too many turf battles between the sales reps for accounts which leads to confusion and animosity. The company has limited support staff for the sales team. Very poor credit and collections staff which leads to commission deductions.
