For the most part a good company to work for. They care for their employees.

Pros

The company has great potential and opportunities for growth. There is a lot of market share that can be gained if executed effectively.

Cons

The company is short sided which keeps the company from being great. Unfortunately the company doesn’t understand their customers with the exception of a few large accounts. There are too many turf battles between the sales reps for accounts which leads to confusion and animosity. The company has limited support staff for the sales team. Very poor credit and collections staff which leads to commission deductions.

Pros

A lot of tenure yet also lots of new blood. Great learning experience for someone at the beginning of their career. They are pretty flexible about working from home. Some really great people who truly care about what they do. Sysco benefits and 401k matching up to 6%.

Cons

PTO policy could use help (only 12 days off to start - that includes vacation and sick). Very corporate, structured feel. Higher ups really care too much about image (professional dress code). People walk on eggshells when executives are around.

Pros

You are free to make your schedule as long as you hit your #s. Pay is “ok” but I feel like we are underpaid for our work. But we do get a more lax schedule than most so that counts for something in $.

Cons

Lower pay and commission % based off other sales positions. Middle managers are micro managers! No one know what the other is doing and they company overall is just so all over the place.
