Culture When people ask me how do I like my new job, I always tell them, "I cannot remember the last time I have ever said this, but I am happy at work. I love the people that I work with and the atmosphere in the office." When announcements are made, there will occasionally be questions or concerns about the personal impact of said announcements. Feedback can be provided to management and you can expect an earnest response with the rationalization behind it. I'm never left second-guessing why something is the way it is or did not go the way I would have wanted it to because of this transparency. My colleagues are a pleasure to be around. I love that I do not have to put up a facade around them about who I am as a person and what I enjoy doing in my personal time, or what is known as, in a more corporate environment, a "professional appearance." The office is fun. I do not need to pretend the only thing I do in life outside of the office is bringing my work home to continue working.
Cons
A few of the offices are located in the outskirts of a major city. This might make the commute undesirable.
