A refreshingly mature company with a long-term strategy, genuinely useful products, and great colleagues.

Cons

Teams working on Line of Business templates (as opposed to the core platform) use Gosu, a JVM language that was developed in-house. Perhaps that has changed due to the shift to LLM-assisted development (FWIW, I actually left in 2019, but Glassdoor wouldn't let me choose a year before 2022).
