Culture culture culture everyone is great, the product does have a real world value. It is a good product to work on and fun to support it. The company makes sure you understand the product and the value of the product. They are very keen on training employees spending time and resources ensuring their success. Very inclusive, safe and respectable work environment. Great time to join the company if you are an enthusiast for building new things and are creative.

Cons

Not really a CON than an observation The company is growing rapidly and there are lots of changes involved. Which may make it seem chaotic. BUT, the employees make sure that there is always a positivity floating in this phase of change as well.

Pros

NA, can't think of anything positive anymore. It's a micromanaging mess.

Cons

Guidewire makes majors shift every 2 years and the last one to take PgM out of PD into its own department is a micromanaging nightmare. We have more status meetings and spreadsheets to update than time to do any work anymore. 3 places to update if I want to take PTO. 7am and 7pm meetings are now the norm. 6 bosses in 10 years, no one can make up their mind on the direction of the company, projects start and are abandoned constantly.
