Business Outlook
Pros
Guidewire is a great place to work at. The product set is excellent and is continuously evolving. The company responds fast to changing market needs. The management is fairly responsive to employee needs and expectations. And the work culture is very open and collaborative.
Cons
The open seating plan works well for collaboration, but can get distracting when you have to focus on tasks. Lack of personal space seems to be the only con at Guidewire. Though the pros outweigh this one con.
