      The other reviews about the supportive culture are so true, I feel like every single teammate really looks out for me, cares about my well-being, and helps me grow. I genuinely enjoy the work that I do everyday because I like the people that I work with so much! As a nice bonus, the US benefits are also great compared to a lot of other tech companies. I finally understand what a good company culture means by working at Guidewire!

      Cons

      No cons at this time. It's a bigger company with 3000+ employees, so some people might enjoy a smaller company. But I find it to be just the right size.

      NA, can't think of anything positive anymore. It's a micromanaging mess.

      Cons

      Guidewire makes majors shift every 2 years and the last one to take PgM out of PD into its own department is a micromanaging nightmare. We have more status meetings and spreadsheets to update than time to do any work anymore. 3 places to update if I want to take PTO. 7am and 7pm meetings are now the norm. 6 bosses in 10 years, no one can make up their mind on the direction of the company, projects start and are abandoned constantly.
