Most of the leaders have grown with Guild and worked there forever, which means there's a lack of outside perspective.
Almost no upward mobility for employees. If you would like a promotional opportunity or meaningful pay increase prepare to go to battle.
Leadership seems to only value what is "shiny and new" - so programs and processes are poorly and quickly revamped or thrown together in order to temporarily pacify Management. The long-term quality or viability of these programs or processes often is questionable at best.
