Pros
-Unlimited PTO (if you can actually use it) -500$ WFH Stipend -Opportunity to work from home
Cons
I would not recommend this company to literally anyone, everyday was a constant stream of lies and false promises that go nowhere. Working here was like having an abusive boyfriend. They butter you up with promises of helping small businesses appealing to the human element of most people then degrade you with the most disgusting tactics and when you complain or give feedback then they'll actually treat you with respect. - Low Pay: you do not get OTE at most levels in the sales org so unless you are and AE or AM you are going to be paid less that industry standard -Upward Mobility is very difficult: good luck trying to move up because they will change the requirements at a drop of the hat and even if you do go above and beyond your job title they'll find a reason to keep you back to train new people without a raise. -Unlimited PTO is kinda BS: If you are on care or inbound sales, good luck trying to get PTO. You have to enter your PTO into this tracking system that pretty much automatically rejects your PTO even if you book it a month in advance. I had many times where I had to ask my manager for an exception for a doctors appointment which is ridiculous -No Accountability: literally everyone who works here just hot potatoes works that they don't want to do or people they don't want to deal with. You will often times get people who've been transferred 3-4 times over the phone because either A. the person doesn't want to deal with them or B. they were not trained well enough on where the person should be transferred to. -No Training: You will get 2 weeks of training then your on the phones. Trust me this is not enough training and you will not feel confident talking about payroll by then. More or less they don't care and will get mad at you if you're not meeting metrics even though you have no idea what is going on. -High Turnover: Most people don't last a year here. People drop like flies or disappear without warning. Most people that train you have been working for like 3-4 months max and now they're letting people that just got hired a month before you train you. Good news is they rarely ever fire people even if you cause a nuisance or act inappropriately. I've seen them keep people who disrupt meetings and just put them on paid leave indefinitely. -Constant Changes: literally everything changes at the drop of a hat. They don't explain why the changes are happening and the roll-outs every time are dysfunctional and messy. We literally changed our phone system when I left and people are still having issues calling in, reps can't call out, and phone calls drop with effects your metrics but they make it seem like it's your problem rather than a system issue. -Toxic Positivity: If you complain, you will not move up in this organization. They always talk about being open to feedback but never take it. There are major issues in all orgs but no one wants to talk about it. Everyone would much rather talk about their weekends and fake laugh then actually be honest about how they're feeling. Its all super fake and cult-like, you either have to think everything is great or you get super miserable very quickly. This is just a cherry picked list but trust me there is more, working here was so toxic and really affected my mental health. This company really needs to work out its issues because customers are catching wise to the bad quality of the product and the bad customer service. Trust me if you want to help small businesses look elsewhere.
