Pros

Two stars for Horner Park and the nice people who work here

Cons

Working here was really awful. The micromanagement is too much, from the top all the way down, and the leadership doesn’t trust anyone to do their job properly. It ruins the whole company. The directors blame the staff and throw shade during meetings, which is very unprofessional and frustrating because there is no accountability. Management talks down to you they undermine you and then they blame you for things they did wrong or didn't tell you to do. There are some very nice people who work here, but unfortunately, not in the higher positions. If you want to work here, I hope you are good at reading minds because management expects you to understand what they want even when they can’t explain it. When you ask for instructions, they still don’t give it to you, but later they blame you for not knowing what they were thinking. Working here was very bad for my mental health.
