Pros

I've been working at this company for almost 2 years and I really have nothing to complain about. Great work environment, with people who are professionals super capable and always willing to help and teach. We have easy access to the board, who are always willing to listen to suggestions, regardless of their position. Company in constant growth offering great career opportunity for all those who dedicate themselves and do a good job and even when the person does not do a good job receives several chances and training to improve. It offers great benefits such as health plan, dental plan, vision plan, among others. The offices are beautiful, clean and have great location, with easy access to public transport. In the company everyone cares about whether you are well or needing something, everyone is super attentive and helpful, with that, the environment becomes super nice. Without a doubt one of the best companies that I have ever worked with, I am proud to be part of this team! Here I feel like family.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who try to help each other when possible, especially if you are part of a team that values collaboration. The role offers an opportunity to develop multiple skills due to the dynamic nature of the work, including client communication, document analysis, case management, and administrative tasks.

Cons

The workload is unrealistic and consistently unmanageable, which increases the risk of mistakes. When issues arise, responsibility is placed entirely on employees or attributed to clients, while management does not acknowledge its own role in poor planning or direction. Compensation is very low compared to the market and the level of responsibility required. Morale across the firm is noticeably poor, and many employees appear disengaged or dissatisfied. Leadership is disconnected from day-to-day workflows and procedures, resulting in disorganization and inefficiency. Huge delays on payment.
