Pros

They offer good employee benefits

Cons

Lack of professionalism between employees and executives. Most employees are not qualified for there positions and are undocumented. Ironically this organization specializes in immigration law practices and the majority of the employees don't even have authorization to work in the US. There strategy is to constantly hire new employees and before they get to their third month or so, they fire them so they won't be able to provide a lawful reason for termination nor there "bait and switch" job compensation offer after your third month. Very unethical practices that should be sanctioned and known to future professionals who are considering applying.

Pros

Pay was $18/hr, coffee and snacks.

Cons

Very shady operations in this company. Be warned. Extraordinarily disorganized and incompetent leadership. People are hired to be scapegoats for an unmanageable workload. Clients are not being served in good faith. The stress of the chaos is not worth the pay for an employee. I cannot stress enough how bad this place is. The positive reviews are most likely fake. Nearly everyone in that office is immensely stressed. Also, if you're not a Portuguese speaker, tough luck. You will be ignored like an outcast. I am awaiting news of the top attorneys being investigated in the future, honestly.

Pros

Good Benefits. Main office with vast majority of employees is in Miami, FL on Brickell Key, which is nice.

Cons

Disorganized, changing strategy on whim. Some UPL issues which can effect the long run of the business. Clients are led down the wrong path and this is taken out on employees rather than decision makers. Positive reviews are written by management through current employees (i.e. all bad reviews are from bad employees)
