The role offers an opportunity to develop multiple skills due to the dynamic nature of the work, including client communication, document analysis, case management, and administrative tasks.

The workload is unrealistic and consistently unmanageable, which increases the risk of mistakes. When issues arise, responsibility is placed entirely on employees or attributed to clients, while management does not acknowledge its own role in poor planning or direction. Compensation is very low compared to the market and the level of responsibility required. Morale across the firm is noticeably poor, and many employees appear disengaged or dissatisfied. Leadership is disconnected from day-to-day workflows and procedures, resulting in disorganization and inefficiency. Huge delays on payment.
